Product arrived undamaged which was amazing considering the kit included 3 glass tubes, but well packaged in cardboard tubes. Customer service was excellent, I wanted the flow switch rather than the "always on" ballast. For an extra $20 they sent me one of each so I actually have a spare now in addition to the spare bulbs.
I haven't had the water tested yet, but I really just got this as an insurance policy for my cabin using a community well system. I bought a 5 micron spin down pre-filter for sediment as recommended. The indicator light comes on when water flows and off when the water stops so that appears to be working. Installation went well, I'm a DIYer. Needed a variety of plumbing tools for the installation. Never figured out how to include both a surge protector and a GFCI because I had to use a GFCI extension plug and my understanding is they are incompatible with surge protector so I went with the safety aspect of the GFCI plug due to the water and electrical system.

RECEIVED LIGHT PACKED REALLY WELL NO DAMAGE . THIS IS MY THIRD LIGHT FOR DIFFERENT JOBS THEY WORK GREAT. I DO THINK YOU SHOULD SELL THE FLOW SWITCH BALAST SO LIGHT ONLY COMES ON WITH WATER FLOW, I ORDER THEM SEPARATELY FOR UV LIGHT NO NEED TO HAVE LIGHT ON WHEN WATER IS NOT MOVING.

Easy to follow installation instruction. Seems to be doing the job.

The mount for the uv filter should be metal or some kind of stronger material than the plastic mounts that come with it. The plastic mounts have broken within the first couple of days due to the weight. Very unsatisfied with the plastic mounts.
