Easy to install and seems to be of good quality. It is doing what is says for now. Only been on for 3 weeks, so I will have to see how long the filters and UV light last.
I expected to install this at a new property but did not receive it until I returned from my trip.
While Blueonics said they "shipped" my order 19 days (Friday) ago truth is their shipper did not pick it for 3 or 4 days after I was told it shipped.
I do not know if this stuff works as advertised or not.
The filter did what it was bought for it took me 2 hours to install it
My plumber installed this system with no problem. Remember to install so that the bulb can be easily removed. I have the UV light on a timer so that it isn't on at night. My water is noticeably cleaner.
Original UV shipment came only in n original manufacturers box - both quartz tube and lamp were broken.
Called customer service and received replacements. Good, but inconvenient.
Would help if filters and UV housing had same pipe thread size (1” FPT on filters, 3/4” MPT on UV housing).
Mounting lugs on filter housings either weren't tapped well or not tapped at all as it was very difficult to get mounting bolts to start into the holes squarely.
